All our activities are managed through customized software that works on a PC, Tablet or Smartphone which allows all the players to operate in real time. Inspection bookings, reports and analytical data of all quality control activities are managed digitally. Customers and their producers have access to the system as partners and can operate by managing inspection bookings, viewing reports and a dedicated dashboard with analytical data. All communications are managed by the software with email, real-time chat and video calls and the history of all operations is tracked.



All quality control, material control and audit reports are created digitally. Once validated by our supervisor and made available, the customer receives a notification on the App and can view the report or print it, the global analytical data is always updated to the latest report.

The customer has access to a personalized dashboard where the analytical data of their control activities are published, such as number of inspections, number of positive and negative inspections, major criticalities divided by product category, type of defect, incidence by supplier, etc. The software allows you to customize all the data according to the customer’s request.
